So today was my second day of therapy. I found out that I have been overstretching. A stretch should be gentle and you should only stretch as far as you can comfortably. I was stretching as far as my muscles could bend even though it HURT with some of the stretches. Not good. I do that. I tend to overdo such things. So yeah, good to know.

Super quick update
The MRI showed a bulging disk. So I have a bulging disk and a curve in my spine. I’ve started physical therapy. Today was the first day. We will see if it works. Im hopefull. If you believe in prayer, please pray for my back, neck, shoulders, and legs, Thank you.
